Whenever possible, please contact us by email. We are a small company but we are blessed with a lot of clients, and on some days, things get a bit hairy. Email allows us to keep track of support requests and, when necessary, triage things accordingly. We really will get back to you a.s.a.p. If you do not get a response from support within 24 hours, please write to wp directly.

Polytrope moved to Dallas, Texas, in March 2003. Dallas is in the central time zone (same as Chicago). Our phone number in Dallas changed in April 2005; please do not use the old number (began 214-321....) any longer.
