When writing, you can help us help you if you provide the info we may need. A phone number is often very useful. If you are writing to report a problem, please be detailed and precise.
If you have any experience with anybody else, you will know that we are one of the most responsive tech companies in the world. We often respond to email within minutes. Sometimes it does take longer - and every now and then, we get swamped and a message gets lost.
