Important October 15, 2009: Please read

This update fixes a serious bug that was just found in CMAssistant. The bug caused CMAssistant to miscalculate the take and the waste for drops with restock deliveries, when you finished entering returns. It only affected drops with restocks; drops with just 1 delivery were not affected (their take and waste calcs were correct). After installing this update, future calculations will be done correctly, but the update does not automatically correct previous calculations.

To fix old calcs, do the following.

1. Go to Delivs
2. Click Find button
3. Enter a date range (for example, enter 1/2009..6/2009 to find the first 6 months of 2009). NOTE: It's probably not a good idea to do this for more than 6 months at a time.
4. In the field "Is Primary" enter a 1
5. Click Replace Found Set to execute this find. You should now be looking at all the primary deliveries in the time period that you specified in step 3.
6. In the Delivs menu pull down to Refresh Waste Calcs

Depending on the number of records you are asking CMAssistant to recalculate, this may take several minutes. You'll see a progress count-down on screen.

As of 10-16-2009, it is not yet clear when this bug was introduced. At this time we recommend that you recalculate just your last six or twelve months.
